The regional August Pedagogical Conference of educators was held in August 7, 2018 at comprehensive school # 47 in Uralsk in the framework of N.Nazarbayev who addressed to people of Kazakhstan which was titled "New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution". The topic of the Section meeting was called "Pastoral work in educational institutions: A contemporary model, Trends and Perspectives of Development" with the purpose of analyzing last academic year’s events to define the forthcoming tasks of the upcoming school year work.
